Double-check the phone number linked to your M-Pesa account — this is the single most common cause of delayed withdrawals.
Step 3: Submit Your Request
Submit the request and note the reference number shown, in case you need to follow up with support.

- Wrong phone number: always confirm before submitting
- Below minimum threshold: check your balance first
- Network downtime: mobile money networks occasionally have outages outside the platform's control
